Homechoice - Rude, unprofessional call center agents

I do not understand how some companies do business. I am so annoyed right now. I placed an order and made payment the beginning of May, my order has still not arrived, I received absolutely nothing from Homechoice ever since I made the payment, no sms no phone call. only when I called their customer service I was informed this has been dispatched # ********** 2 till today I have not heard from them its almost a month and I called about five times and everytime I did the african lady will pick up a call , either hung up on me or continue their chit chat on the side, I do not see myself buying anything again from Homechoice, even these blankets I've been waiting for ages for if you can please cancel them and return my money I would greatly appreciate that.
