Homechoice return
On the June 15 2024, I lodged a return with Homechoice, they sent a courier to my house to collect the return, a month later i noticed my account is not updated, i then contacted them to update my account, to surprise the return i made hasn't reached them to this day 11 December 2024, I'm here paying for something i don't have and no one has answers for me, every time a follow up , I'm placed on hold until the hang up the phone on me without saying anything.
