HOMECHOICE refusing to assist

Helopeter thanks so much for your assistance i really appreciate it HOMECHOICE called but refused to assist me in collecting the heater, i spoke to a Lee Ann and she was adamant not to come fetch the heater. She didn't even know there is a 2yrs guarantee on the item which is still valid. I still sit in the cold most of the time because the heater decides when to work and when not to. I regret buying it at HOMECHOICE not only because of the service but of the price it is way more expensive
