HOMECHOICE REFUSING ACCEPTING LAPTOP WITHIN 7 DAYS RETURN POLICY-UPSET!

Hello Peter,

I am ****ed with the service i got from home choice today 08/02/2022.

A week ago i received a call from Home choice agent, pursuing me to take a laptop, after a long chat she managed to convinced me with the condition that i can bring it back within 7 days if i did not like it.

i received a HP Laptop on Friday 4/02/2022, i open the box as well as the laptop to check if its what i would like.

I realized same day i cannot afford the laptop worse to pay for something i do not like for the next 3 years at a price of +-R400.00 beside my sister got a new laptop from relative same day.

Today i returned the laptop in Mfuleni and was not accepted and advised to take it to Wynberg when they also did not accept it.

I am upset because:- The only condition mentioned telephonically was 7 days The was no way I could see features of the computer without turning it on.

now they tell me of setup, while immediately when i turn PC on i have to set the language, region and username.

How else was I suppose to open the PC without setting it up.

Homechoice is refusing to take the PC back and I am very ****ed.

I am refusing to pay an installment of R400 monthly on something i do not like!
