Homechoice refuse to credit my account. forcing me to take back a damage washing machine

They don't even deserve a star. I bought c Candy washing machine from Home choice in September 2022. the motor died and machine stopped working. they sent Master care to fix it only to found out that is factory fault. the washing machine was swapped for a new one in February this year and it had the same problem and more. Another technician was sent to fixed the machine in March which the machine didn't even finish the first load. I requested for Home choice to collect the machine and credit my account so I can buy another brand. the machine was collected on the 11th of April. Now Home choice is refusing to credit my account. the rude lady that assist me said that the technicians are still trying to fix it and they will redeliver once it fixed. I don't want it any more . I want my account to be credited and I will buy another brand
