Homechoice refund is **********

Disgusting company, I bought a 5pc curtain from homechoice, the order came dirty and had quality, I called to say I want to return it they asked me to fill the return section at the back of the invoice and send the item ,only after 2 months the courier fetched the item ,no one has called me 3 weeks after the order has been picked for return, I called to find out if they received the order they said they only received one piece back, I said the courier took all back ,they made it my problem that they didn't receive it and said I must get an affidavit , and they was so unhelpful ,they refused to investigate with the courier and assist , I am very disappointed as I give them so much support , I refuse to pay for the item which is not in my possession
