Homechoice Promotions, Wow deals
I saw foam matress on their website, there was a wow deal..if you buy 1 single foam matress u get a free gift of 5 piece plum sheet set worth R400 (cream white in colour)..I only got the matress...when I called them and email their customer service, they said they cant find it on their system, I was suppose to do the screen shot of that free gift. If I knew that they don't keep their promise, I could have done the screenshot..The offer was valid till the 13th Of November 2020, I bought the matress on the 11th of November 2020.

12 Jan 2021, 13:28I received a message from Home Choice, my query is closed.. I called them to find out why did they close the query..the lady say they cant find that wow deal offer on their system...I keep on telling them the free gift was 5 piece pillows/sheet, I'm not sure but it was worth R400..why cant they find out from their online marketing department, find out from people who are responsible for online advertising...clearly Home Choice is advertising lies...for u to claim your free gift, you must do screenshot. I'm so disappointed, it was my 1st time to buy at HomeChoice and it's definitely the last, what a poor service..I spoke to Ntombi on the 7th of Jan, requested to speak to her Team Leader..she promised that she will ask her to call me back, she cant come to her phone or transfer the call..even today, I'm still waiting.

08 Feb 2021, 12:54I finally got my free gift, thanks to the man who called from Cape town, who was telling me abt available credit balance.I told him that I will never buy again because of my past experience, they didn't want to give me my free gift, he said I was supposed to get it, he will make a follow up, will escalate the matter...wow! After sending emails and phone calls, he is the best...to all who were talking to me and even responding to my emails, u were all useless.
