Homechoice pots ****

I have been waiting from February for homechoice to finish the investigation on the failure to cancel an order for a set of pots for my mother. She did not receive her order but t homechoice said that delivery was made to her. The query was made in November and up until now they haven't done anything. I have been to the Nelspruit branch, sent emails and made calls but nothing has been done. My mother is above 60 years old and is very stressed about this because they are sending her messages that she needs to make payment.
