HomeChoice, Potential **********!?!

I ordered from HomeChoice in the months of 07/2020 and 10/2020. 2 orders. I paid my due every month and on the 13/07/2021 I paid my account up, in full. Afterwards I never received a statement again nor any communication from them. A year later I get harassed by debt collectors and HomeChoice that I owe them 8k…then it jumps to 13k…HomeChoice is *********…booking orders on your account and so called “delivering” the order. You send them the proof that you paid up the account and they do nothing about it…HomeChoice is the worst online shop to purchase things from as the de***** their customers!!! The account has been inactive since 13/07/2021 when I paid it off however to my surprise the *********(s) that placed the order on my account made payments towards the order placed/received…how could HomeChoice allow this!!!
