Homechoice poor service

I place an order at homechoice online and they didn't deliver as they promised...I called them to let them know, they told me to send them affidavit which I did.My problem is i still receive the're text for my next payment and now I'm reflected as bad payer and I can't do nothing even loan.and I know 100% that I don't owe them, And now im the one who is suffering for their poor service. Please I need help.
