Homechoice pathetic customer service

On the 2nd of May 2020 I ordered a blanket and I Made an EFT payment,and got a confirmation that I have paid, after two I got an SMS that my order was cancelled because there is no stock,my problem is that I was not refunded the R550 I paid. Homechoice service is very poor
