Homechoice Pathetic After Sales Support

Absolute PATHETIC Customer Care. We recently bought a expensive Gas / Electric stove from Homechoice. Unboxed the Unit on Sunday only to find the unit faulty and constantly tripping the electricity. Phoned Customer Care on numerous occasions Monday and yesterday. Firstly they cannot assist me as my Wife is the account holder. Secondly, I requested many times for a Afrikaans speaking agent to phone my Wife to have this resolved. NO ONE has made contact with her as yet... They are quick to accept a order no matter who places the order but IF I have power of attorney on my Wife's account they are not interested in assisting. Absolutely PATHETIC service. Homechoice, urgently make contact and have this issue resolved ASAP!
