Homechoice - Order pending 4 months down the line

So this is my story. I placed and order with Homechoice on the 4th of April 2019 - Addison 9 piece queen duvet set and Nahla 9 piece queen duvet set. The Addison 9 piece queen duvet set came with a free gift - Ashton 9 piece bedding set. Up to this day the 12th of August 2019, I haven't received my free gift. I have made many calls and being told all stories possible - from you will receive the parcel in 10 days, the parcel is in despatch, the order was cancelled, your parcel is at Witspos and recently the supervisor is supposed to call me.

I have paid for the order I have received and now my account has been handed over to debt collectors who call me every 2 hours to collect R300 and this might damage my credit status. I have mentioned that I will not pay for an incomplete order and Homechoice is supposed to call me. Noone has had the courtesy to even call or send an email. I am frustrated and don't know who I can speak to just to get my free gift. If Homechoice cannot deliver on its promises can you not false advertise. Now my credit status is at stake over Homechoice's *********** and lying staff.
