Homechoice order

I ordered something from Homechoice on the 27th of July 2023. Today is the 13th of August and I have not yet received my order. On Monday the 7th I called Homechoice help line and they told me there is nothing they can assist me with, and that I should wait for the delivery guys call. I checked my calls and my truecaller app showed a call from guy by the name of Mpho Maloka. I called him back and he said he calls a person once and if the customer does not answer his call he moves on and does not deliver. I had many order before from Homechoice, and I work at a retail store so I can't always have my phone on me. But all this time the previous drivers deliver my orders whether I answered my phone or not. Please help me as I have been a loyal and good paying customer to Homechoice.
