HOMECHOICE OPENS ACCOUNTS **********LY

HOMECHOICE should apply the same admin processes to verifying their customers as they do when you're disputing their unauthorized debits orders. In February, it was a m partner who's been blacklisted because of non-payment of an account they NEVER OPENED OR USED. And he is still in disputing it as we speak. Yesterday, I randomly check my credit report, and guess what, apparently I opened an account on the 5th of August, I bought things on credit. I called them and they refuse to say where the items were delivered, or what they used to verify the person's identity. THIS IS NONSENSE!!! This is my first complaint, the second one will be with the consumer tribunal.
