Homechoice online system sells falls information

I ordered chairs at homechoice and they were never delivered to me I waited for more than 14 days and now they telling me my goods has been returned without me know what is the reason, not forgetting they online system that contains bugs and promises customer specials that don’t exist I don’t understand how a big company like this does not have proper quality on they online store who was testing this system because it looks like it was never tested it was just developed and deployed without user acceptance testing I am so ****en ****ed of I will never purchase anything from them who ever wishes to buy online be careful. It’s even worse the manager does not even know how to answer to customer questions
