Homechoice Online is not worth it
I would not recommend buying from their online store. I bought a blanket on 14 September and on 29 September I received tracking details and I was informed that the order would be delivered on 29 September. I still had not received my order by 2 October and there is no communication from Homechoice or the courier company. The tracking info also does not show the courier company. I have to keep calling the call centre and the agents are very unprofessional; they either drop the call after I stated my issue or give me misinformation. The website states that you will receive your order within 5-10 business days and it's past 10 business days now. I will never order from the online shop again.

04 Oct 2023, 14:48On Monday, 2 October, the agent told me they logged a query and it will take 48 hours for a response. I call back more than 48 hours later and the next agent says it can take up to 14 days for a response. And no one kept me in the loop. This is ridiculous.
