Homechoice: Nothing but **********

I opened a Home choice account and ordered a bedding set and a kettle. I made regular payments as arranged. Whilst I was paying as arranged, I then learnt through a statement mailed to me that my balance had gone up by R10 000.00. When I contacted the homechoice call centre I was then told that I had purchased a bed for about R8 000.00. When I enquired about the purchase, I was told that the bed was delivered to my address. I told the call centre staff member that this was ***** as I had not placed this order, I then requested them to forward me the call that was made to place an order as well as the signed delivery note so I could go to the police to open a ***** case against the person who placed this order. I was told that Homechoice would investigate this matter internally, and she advised me to go to the police and obtain an affidavit and them email it to home choice. The email address I was initially given was ********** I sent an email to this address on 30 April 2018.. When I enquired I was told that the email was not received, I was then given another email address ********** to send the document to. I did this on 18 June 2018 and after making numerous call to find out if the email was received and to find out what the next step was; I was told that the email was received and the ***** department was busy investigating the matter. To date I have not heard what the outcome of the investigation or even the progress is. IO have to call in all the time to enquire and when I do get to speak to someone I'm told that they'll follow up and advise me. Homechoice is just are just rogues who obviously seeks to make money through robbing people. To date they still blatantly refuse to send me the recording and the signed note which will show me who had signed and accepted the delivery. Now the biggest problem is whilst all this is happening I kept on getting threatening calls from the Homechoice collections department and the interest on the outstanding amount is accumulating. I have now settled the bedding set and currently paying the R100.00 which s the prescribed kettle instalment. The problem though is that I'm paying R100 however the interest amount is R175.24 because of the ********** amount, in essence the amount owing is increasing rather than decreasing. Homechoice has threated to blacklist me with the bureau.

My Homechoice account number is ********** 14. Complaint reference number is ********** 20

Account name: Thembeka Mbambo Cell. ********** 365

Please advise who I can contact to get this matter resolved speedily as I've been promised that people were looking at my complaint before. I had a call from someone from Homechoice yesterday who promised to send me the email address to forward the affidavit to AS IT HAS ONCE AGAIN BEEN LOST/ CANT BE FOUND. It's been almost a year now with no action and no feedback. Clearly HomeChoice is not interested in resolving this matter. Is it not my right to be given the recording for the call where the item was ordered as well as the delivery note signed when the item was received? if so, why is it so difficult for HomeChoice to furnish me with these?
