Homechoice not my first choice

Oh my word what can i say i have advised this company three months ago that i can no longer afford 1500 pm but 1000 they went and listed me as in arrears. Petrol is up food is up no money for christmas prenents but they get their money. What higher entity does homechoice fall under so i xan now seek legal advise and claim damages. Sick and f+**** tired of them and companies like them
