Homechoice not a good choice

I am ****ed at homechoice customer service . I ordered a fryer with them then later decided to cancell it but it was "too late" as it was already shipped. I decided to take the parcel and I opted for debit order. First installment went through on the correct data no problems. Last month was meant to be my second instalment, till today it hasn't gone through. I sent emails,I phoned and even requested a call back nobody got back to me. Today I get an email with my statement saying my account is in arrears so who the **** is meant to be liable for the account being in arrears when I authorized that a debit order goes through every month? Is it my problem that you can't do your job? My credit status is affected because of your incompetence. Who will be liable for this? If you people can't do what you get paid to do stop irritating consumers and inform them that you are useless and they must use the easypay facilities to avoid such incompetence. I am not going to pay the arrears as it is not my fault nor is it my problem that you didn't debit and if you have a problem with that you can call me and arrange for your **** to be taken back and give me my money back as I haven't even used it anyway. Had you informed me on advance or bothered to get back to me and arrange another payment plan there wouldn't be a need for all this frustration right now
