Homechoice No No

I bought a product from them for Black Friday and the payment went through and I did not get a confirmation email so I contacted them the next day to find out what happened and according to them I did not place the order. I paid online on their website. Now they saying I must either get a refund or pay the full price. If I wanted to pay the full price then I wouldn’t have bought it on Black Friday.
