Homechoice no accountability
I received an email that the ********** account query I submitted, the ticket was resolved but the query was not resolved at all. All feedback I received was thst it takes 30-90days to investigate. But opening that account I'm sure took that ******** a few minutes. Why is the ticket/closed when it's not resolved?
