Homechoice Nightmare Pots

I regret anything to do with this shop! I ordered a 19 piece pot set, and recieved a 17 piece when I recieved this shock I immediately called *** and reported it. The lady that assisted me was so helpful and supportive, I also mentioned to her that I recieved a very small frying pan. Later that day (1 December 2021) another lady called me and she explained to me that the call was recorded, I was pleased because that meant that I would be getting the best service. I Explained the situation again and she was very apologetic and told me they would be sending out a courier to come and collect the pots (including the 5 piece gift). Today, because it has been over 8 days I went to the home Choice display shop to go check on the progress and I met a really rude male that said I should carry the pots back to the shop for an exchange and I explained to him that I'm I'll and won't be able to take a taxi, it's quite far for me. He told me he wouldnt be able to assist me further. I did everything on my end, I was asked to write and affidavit and I did but still I received the worst treatment.

If home choice can't deliver what they promised I want them to fetch their pots and cancel the whole deal...
