Homechoice nightmare jeeeer

I kind frustrated with the so called courtesy calls. I am getting from HomeChoice asking which date M I going to pay my account. I would understand if my account was in arrears but I am responsible and paying my account on time. I even pay more these calls are turning my Homechoice purchase into a night mare?
