Homechoice nightmare

I'm so disappointed in homechoice,thy sent me wrong order and I tried to reason with them but thy sent me a courier company to come pick up the return who was so arrogant when I ask him to give me a proof that he picked 8 items he said their job is not to give proof is just to pick up,I was later surprised to learn only 4 out of 8 was received on the other side but now it have been made my problem I need to proof this and that my asking to them was thy should ask the driver what happened from time he refused to give me a return slip as required even after I insisted,I'm so sorry for ever starting this buying from them after everyday calls begging me to buy something I'm now having no peace of mind.im writing this with lot of frustrations.
