HOMECHOICE needs to change their delivery system, its outdated.

I love Homechoice. I really love their prices and especially their quality. I have not ordered something in a long time but i needed something for winter. Since i am an elderly lady i am not so handy with on-line technologies. I asked them to call me back and they did. No problem. I did struggled with the conversation. Can they please get a CHAT button. The English was mediocre but we got it done.! I was super proud of us muddling through. I repeatedly told the lady. Please let me know when the parcel will arrive as i am working far away from home, about 30 minutes drive. My dogs cannot sign for a parcel!. Normally you get a package number or just a message saying that your parcel was going to be delivered the next day. Today at 10h45, i got a cal from a delivery guy telling me that my package is at home. I told them i work 30 minutes away from home can they wait or i will be home at 3 o`clock . They ask if i have a neighbour that could possibly help? i said yes i will have to phone first. I called and ask my elderly neighbour over 70 years to go the front of the gate to recieve my package. She did that. I phoned and told them immediately... guess what? They have already left, in two minutes. I told them to turn back immediately as they told me to find someone else to recieve the package!!! Homechoice seriously you can get a better delivery service! I have ordered packages from Durban (Nina's Aprons) and i knew everytime that my package will be delivered that specific day via sms. So i know it can be done. So now i cannot order again not even when i am on retirement, because i can be in the shops or be busy getting my hair done at a salon, because i cannot change my address (as Homechoice told me) to my daughters, just for delivery. SO PLEASE CHANGE HOMECHOICE `s DELIVERY SYSTEM or i can not ever order again. Makes no sense in this day and age to have a mediocre delivery system.
