Homechoice might be committing *****

Hi All

I plead with you as an honest South African citizen who does not want to be taken advantage off and **** to by another big organization, I believe I have rights and I humbly ask for your assistance because none has been given to me thus far.

I recently contacted Homechoice in an effort to purchase a TV. They informed me that I qualify for minimum credit and that I can take a television for R5000.

I provided my banking information along with all my documents to prove that I earn the amount stated on the call. My order was completed and I was even given an order number.

The telephone conversation was with a lady named Samantha who assured me that the order will go through. A few days later they tell me that I have not met the minimum criteria.

I was promised on the phone and I was even given an email to state that I have an order in place how can they now say I do not qualify !? It seems like someone was trying to commit ***** and I do not want to leave this. Don't tell people they qualify , promise them a product and when you feel like dispel them! I have contacted complaints and customer service but no one has responded and they even cut my calls. I have wasted a lot of airtime and taken a lot of time off work to speak to them but no one assisted.

Please help me as this company will just keep getting away with this and lie to people and also possibly be committing ***** on a daily basis.

Their consultants refuse to get a manager to speak to me and they are very unhelpful with regard to explaining their processes.

The lady who signed me up is named Samantha and you will easily find her call recording which promises the aforementioned product that I was supposed to be sent. If you cannot help me then can you please help me obtain the call recording as I have a legal representative who will take this matter up further.(I don't need a good credit score to get a lawyer!) They have just told me more than a week later that my credit score is the reason for this but this seems really shady and I honestly think there is a case of ***** because no one would take my bank details and give me an order number and then tell me my credit score is low.

I am even making attempts to contact Sinotech as I have always been a fan of their brand and I will inform them of the poor business practices and customer service levels.

Thank you.
