Homechoice making my life miserable to appoint I am suicidal

I have never ever opened a homechoice account and I never will, but for some odd reason I have a account with homechoice, when I check on ITC I find out there is an account at homechoice this is sickening as I keep being rejected for loans and I can't even buy a car or house because of something I never app**** for? My life was well planned but now im behind in life because of something I never took. I even think of killing myself
