Homechoice Legal dept phone not answered
I am trying to contact their legal department for them to update my status as the account is paid up but no answer at all and debt consultants is calling me and they are charging me for these calls but nobody can assist with closing my account on their system. Can they call me back please just want the calls to stop because I must explain everytime my situation and nobody can assist me.

I am still awaiting for feedback from your legal department in the meantime Nimble Debt Consultants are calling me daily due to the fact that my status does not indicate that my account is paid in full. I spoke to a Nomvuyokasi this morning who promised to call me back after she spoke to her boss tommorow a new consultant will call me. Monday i whatsapp with a Vuyo who said that the update must be done by Homechoice can you please address this issue because it is increasing in cost because Nimble wants to charge me for their daily calls and empty promises because your office can not do their work. I called again this number today *** nobody is answering.
