Homechoice lack of customer service, they don’t care about the customers

I order from homechoice on the 22 of December and they didn’t deliver my package, I wasted 4 days because I always get a notification saying your package out for delivery and I’ll wait the whole day , the worse part is they don’t communicate, as soon as they receive the payment they don’t care whether you get your package or not they don’t reply to emails, now they are sending me a message that my package was successfully delivered and I didn’t get anything, I call them they told me they’ll investigate first, that will be another 4 weeks, I don’t know what kind of ***** is this, as soon as they receive the payment they’ll give you a middle finger
