Homechoice Judgement for ***** done under my name

I had ***** done under my name from Homechoice , of which i was requested to submit an affidavit and ID copies with my signature and that was done in December 2020. Till to date Homechoice has not done anything and discovered that my name has a judgement for ***** done under may name by individual residing in Gauteng which I'm not even residing in Gauteng for that matter. kindly remove my name ASAP . herewith your reference numbers i have been receiving since i sent you numerous email with no help enquiry Received ***
