Homechoice issuing accounts in a ********** manner...AGAIN

I have an account on my credit profile from Homechoice. This is the 2nd time in 6 months that this incident has happened!!!!! I have NEVER ordered anything from Homechoice in my life. Clearly this is a ********** issue taking place and I strongly suggest Homechoice fixes this matter IMMEDIATELY, otherwise I will be forced to seek legal representation for their poor actions!!!
