I call these people to find out about the so called account that is reflecting on my credit profile that i didn't open, the lady by the name of Precious treated me like a peace of ****, she was so rude and ******** Can they remove the account on my credit profile, i didn't open any account with them, if strangers are using my name to open accounts and they can't even verify that its not my fault, I asked 2 things from them, what the telephone and address of the person opened the account, can I see his signature, they refused to give me those information but they say its my account. Can this be removed ASAP unless ill sue them
