Homechoice is useless in addressing problems

So ********** have opened multiple accounts on my name part of them is Homechoice. I've lodged a dispute with the relevant directorate at Homechoice since early October till today I've never recieved any feedback from them even after I send multiple follow ups through email.

I'm very frustrated with this company, can someone please come back to me and explain to me what's the resolution
