Homechoice is trash!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a homechoice customer for years now and I am extremely disheartened by their services. I receive an sms a while ago stating that I bought a sound system yet I did no such. They requested that I provide them with an affidavit that substantiates my statement and they will look in to it. It has been over 7 months now and they are still writing me letters that I owe them and my current account is in arrears because they told me to stop paying until they are done with their investigations. I have tried everything to get the matter solved and don't want to be on the credit bureau.
