Homechoice is the Worst Organization to deal with.

I returned my microwave that needed to be fixed by Homechoice 2 months ago. Up until now I haven't received my microwave back, Everytime I call or send an email the only message I get is that my email has been sent to the relevant department, yet that Department don't bother to get back to me. Now my family and myself we will spend Christmas without microwave. I don't want speak about how rude and unprofessional their employees are. I just need my microwave back.
