HOMECHOICE IS THE WORST

I paid up my account 2 years ago but it is still not closed and it is recorded on Credit Check apps. I called them last year and they told me the account will be closed ad removed from Credit check apps after 4 months of not using the account but it never happened, the account is still not closed.
