HomeChoice is THE WORST!!

<p>This is most probably the worst place/company to have an account with. The worst service, they do not know what they are doing; you pay your account and they keep on sending you letters that you are in arrears. You fax and email them the proof of payment, they respond 15 days later!!! And not a decent response either, they ignore what you send them, and still continue with "you owe us money". **** service, **** bedding (was dirty when I received my sheets, and listen to this, they want you to send them the sheet back - they will pay you back the postage money - YEAH RIGHT!!! I dont think so!!). The absolute worst, I wish someone could remove them from the service providers list or something, I am so sick and tired of them, they phone you 20 times a day as well. Totally ignoring what you have told them the day before, USELESS!!!!!</p>
