Homechoice is terrible

My number is being used by a Ms Lephoto with homechoice, I have called in multiple times to attempt to remove my number from their system, I keep getting calls from home choice that rudely throw the phone in my ear as I try and tell them this number belongs to me and that they should remove it from their system, it seems no one at homechoice cares to rectify this issue or has any customer care relations, you have one job.
