homechoice is such a disgrace

Hi, It brings me so much disappointment that every time I need assistance regarding the promises that are made by their consultants. I have placed an order at the beginning of this month and since I saw on their website and also consultant assure that it is available on stock it will not take longer than a week to get it. I have even offered to fetch the product myself at the store since their delivery method takes about two months to get to you. Yesterday their consultant told me that its not out of their warehouse which I have no idea where about it is maybe its beyond the borders of south Africa. so disapointing
