Homechoice is so unprofessional😏😏

I ordered baby essentials (car seat and cot bed) and was to receive the items ordered in 7-14 working days, I then received one item within this said period. Now when querying on when I'll be receiving the other item I'm rather given no attention as I use the very same platform for communication but response comes after many attempts to get assistance still with not much clarification on the issue at hand. Sadly my expected delivery date is the 15th February and I still haven't received the cot bed on (14th Feb).
