Homechoice is ****** ****

Homechoice is a ****...I ordered a microwave it was fine no issues and got rid of the box as everyone will do after purchasing something. And it's only a month using the microwave but now the glass on the door is falling off luckily it's falling on the counter so it's not broken..I call explain my situation and they say in order for them to assist me they will need to have box , which I do not have which means I will pay for something that's faulty....this box rule they did it purposely to **** people. I will not pay for the microwave and I will take it back to their offices.
