Homechoice is quick to sell but dont give a **** about after care

They are patetic. Im struggling since 22 aug2022 for them to pick up their order that i dont want anymore. The courier guy made an apoinment with me but didnt pitch. Everyday since 23aug im phoning to hear when pick up will be....all i hear is....its been escalated to relevant department. They font give a ****......I requested a manager and teamleader to phone me ....nobody phoned me back! Meantime im still stuck with their stuff.....i will neber again buy stuff from them again. Beleive you me i im a good customer of homechoice but wont be for much longer
