Homechoice is nothing but useless

Home Choice is useless. I don't know why it is still oparating as a business. They allow someone to open an account **********ly using your details. When you report the matter they take you from pillar to post. When you finally speak to a consultant they promise you to send you a dispute form and disappear for days without sending it. You guys are selfish all you want is money you don't care who you hurt in the process. I have a credit I don't know nothing about and no one is willing to help!!!!!!!
