Homechoice is not trustworthy

Hi,few years ago I had query with Homechoice, somebody took things with my ID no, ive sent some affidavits to them to prove that i dnt an account with them.. The matter was resolved,. However if i try to open an acc my credit score drop because of Homechoice! I never had an acc with them. I want them to clear my name.
