Homechoice is nonsense

I ordered blankets on the 3rd of July and ever since when I track the order it says its being processed. I have been calling them since the 12th to find out whats taking so long because I have never had to wait this long before, I was than told they would call me on the 13th but nothing... I called today and I was told I would need to wait for another 7 to 14 working days as of today ***!!! so if I never called they would have never proccesed it by now??? On top of that their agents are ****** rude as well...
