Homechoice is misleading the public with their advertised prices. What does the CPA says?

I am so disappointed in Homechoice. On the 13th April, a friend of mine was going on a trip overseas and we wanted to surprise him with a luggage set. We saw a 5 piece turquoise luggage set advertised online at R2199 at Homechoice. It was a 4 piece trolley set and a backpack. We rushed there. On arrival, we sent Fr Mcebisi to but the set as I was struggling with parking. He called us saying the set is R4999 according to the lady who was attending him. I sent him a screenshot of the set but he told us the lady insisted that the set is R4999. I requested that he comes back to the car and I go in. I was told that they can split the set and the one for R2199 is only 2 piece. I showed them the online ad. They were tongue tied but refused to sell the set as advertised. I still have those screenshots. Homechoice is misleading the public. We had to drive to Wynberg, spending petrol and time, because we wanted something genuine for our friend only to be this disappointed. I still want that set at the advertised amount. It is 4 trolleys and a backpack. I believe they're misleading the public intentionally. We had to go to Game and bought him just one trolley...American Tourister...we still want that turquoise set at the advertised price. We will entertain no stories. If there was a way of attaching these screenshots we would, as proof that I am not speaking lies.

Please Homechoice, we want that set, at the advertised price and please stop misleading the public!
