Homechoice is losing it on the consumer service front.P

I made an order on the 11 June and was told that it was packaged a day later and that it was with Fast and Furious courier. I think I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before placing y order. The order has been standing in one place since 11 June without a proper or credible explanation. They will be debiting my account tomorrow. I am strongly inclined to reverse it and cancel this order even it means paying bank charges for reversal. The service at Homechoice is just not worth it. I read on Facebook about a woman who ordered on the 17 June and had an order delivered to her in Limpopo in a week's time. So the company has absolutely no standards, they just random.
