HOMECHOICE IS ***!!

I am so disgusted with Homechoice's inability to respond to issues promptly. I had ordered pots from them and upon receiving them; I was not happy with the size. I requested that they get picked up because this is not what I need, furthermore, I order a Bluetooth speaker and when it got to be it was faulty, there were things moving inside and when I tried playing it, it sounded extremely low... and I asked them to collect it also because I wasn't going to pay R500 for a faulty speaker.
