Homechoice is inconsiderate and don't care about customers

I placed an order, made payment, and received confirmation on 10 December 2019. Until today nothing the order has not been delivered. I called them several times, was told lots of stories, about my order being sent to wrong places, but to my dismay, nothing is done and they haven't even contacted me for redirecting my order. My delivery address is very clear on the order. I used to have total respect for homechoice, I am now disappointed at there lack of service delivery inconsiderate behavior and arrogance.

They must either give me my order or refund me. I have lost respect towards them.

Homechoice consultant called at 07:43. She promised to call back soon, but till now she hasn't . Extremely Poor Service , Homechoice standard is down the drain
